| Abstract: | В статье анализируется нормотворческая деятельность Организации Объединенных Наций, направленная на защиту прав и основных свобод детей с инвалидностью с момента ее основания и до настоящего времени. Система международной защиты прав и основных свобод детей с инвалидностью является составной частью системы защиты прав человека Организации Объединенных Наций. Принятые в рамках организации специальные международные правовые документы по правам ребенка и по правам людей с инвалидностью признают правозащитный подход к инвалидности. В условиях глобального кризиса, вызванного пандемией COVID-19, дети с инвалидностью нуждаются в особом внимании и защите. При принятии необходимых мер реагирования, необходимо учитывать потребности детей с инвалидностью без всякой дискриминации |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article analyzes the United Nations norm-setting activities aimed at protecting the rights and fundamental freedoms of children with disabilities from the moment of its foundation to the present. The international system for the protection of the rights and fundamental freedoms of children with disabilities is an integral part of the United Nations human rights system. Adopted within the organization, special international legal documents on the rights of the child and on the rights of people with disabilities recognize a human rights-based approach to disability. In the context of the global crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, children with disabilities need special attention and protection. When taking the necessary response, the needs of children with disabilities must be taken into account without discrimination |
