| Abstract: | Целью данной статьи является анализ концепции «глобального регулирования» в контексте эволюции внешней политики Китайской Народной Республики после 2012 г. Основным материалом стали отчетные доклады 16-19-го съездов Коммунистической партии Китая (2002–2017 гг.). Как показано в статье, концепция «глобального регулирования», уже давно утвердившаяся как одно из направлений исследований в теории международных отношений, была использована китайским руководством во главе с Си Цзиньпином в качестве нового инструмента внешней политики, направленного на объединение вокруг Китая стран, неудовлетворенных сложившейся в мире ситуацией, и оформления претензий Китая на международное лидерство в условиях растущей глобальной нестабильности |
| Abstract (in another language): | The goal of the article is to analyze the concept of global governance in the context of the developments that are taking place in China’s foreign policy after 2012. The scope of analysis is limited to the relevant parts of the reports made by Chinese leaders at the 16 th, 17 th, 18 th, and 19 th National Congresses of the Communist Party of China (in 2002, 2007, 2012 and 2017 respectively). As the article is trying to show, the concept of global governance, that has been widely studied and used in International Relations for a long time, is being used by the Chinese administration under Xi Jinping as a new foreign policy tool, aimed at uniting around China all the states that are not satisfied with the current state of world politics and supporting Beijing’s claims to leadership position in international affairs under the conditions of growing instability |
