На материалах белорусских губерний автор рассматривает деятельность канцелярии Главнонаблюдающего за физическим развитием народонаселения Российской империи. Уделено внимание первым попыткам систематизации данных о физическом развитии учащихся, методам сбора информации, проведен анализ опросных листов по Минской губернии. Вы- делены основные проблемы становления новой модели управленческой структуры в физкультурно-спортивной деятельности в 1912–1916 гг. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to new trends in the field of physical culture of the Russian Empire at the beginning of the XX century. Based on the materials of the Belarusian provinces, the author examines the activities of the office of the Chief inspector of the physical development of the population of the Russian Empire. Attention is paid to the first attempts to systematize data on the physical development of students, methods of collecting information, an analysis of questionnaires in the Minsk province is carried out. The main problems of the formation of a new model of the administrative structure in physical culture and sports activity in 1912–1916 are highlighted. |
