Основное внимание уделено изменениям, произошедшим после вхождения белорусских земель в состав Российской империи. Значительное место отведено истории имений и их владельцам, жизни крестьян. Abstract (in another language):	The article is devoted to the consideration of the problem of land use on the lands of the Ivanovo district at the end of the 18th ‒ the first half of the 19th century. The author paid the main attention to the changes that took place after the entry of the Belarusian lands into the Russian Empire. A significant place in the article is devoted to the history of estates and their owners, the lives of peasants. Keywords: Land use; serfdom; landlords; peasants; duties; corvée; quitrent.
