| Abstract (in another language): | Based on a wide range of sources, the article presents an analysis of the size, legal status, and social structure of the Russian population of Poland and Western Belarus in 1921–1929. The article identifies the factors influencing the existence of two categories of the Russian population – national minorities and representatives of the emigration, shows their legal and social differences.
