| Abstract: | В статье дан анализ документальных материалов Национального архива Республики Беларусь, составляющих источниковедческую базу изучения вопросов подготовки партийных и советских кадров в БССР в послевоенный период. Архивные документы характеризуются с точки зрения контекста (социально- политического, организационного) их возникновения, состава и полноты ретроспективной информации. Дана оценка информационного потенциала комплекса ретроспективной документации для изучения различных аспектов кадровой политики в БССР в послевоенный период. Раскрыты особенности организации образовательного процесса. Охарактеризован профессорско-преподавательский состав и контингент обучающихся. Показаны основные проблемы в подготовке новой управленческой элиты. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article contains analysis of documentary materials of National archives of the Republic of Belarus that presents the resource base of study of the problem of training party workers in the BSSR in the post-war period. The archive documents are characterized through the context (social and political, organizational) of their origin, through the composition and fullness of retrospective information. The estimate of information potential of complexes of retrospective documentation for the study of different aspects of to study various aspects of personnel policy in the BSSR in post-war period is given. The features of the educational process organization are revealed; the teaching staff and the contingent of students are characterized; the main problems in ideological preparation of new administrative elite are shown. |
