| Abstract: | Бактериофаги – вирусы бактерий, обладают строгой специфичностью, направленностью воздействия и, в отличие от антибиотиков, не подавляют развитие нормальной микрофлоры, не ослабляя иммунную защиту организма человека, не способствуют аллергизации. Фаготерапия нашла широкое применение в практическом здравоохранении многих стран мира. Бактериофаги выступают альтернативой общепризнанным методам лечения бактериальных инфекций. При этом установлено отсутствие какой-либо токсичности препаратов и показано их применение для любой категории пациентов: детей, беременных женщин, пожилых людей, онкобольных, с послеоперационными осложнениями, с заболеваниями сердечно-сосудистой системы и сахарным диабетом |
| Abstract (in another language): | Bacteriophages are bacterial viruses. They have strict specificity, the direction of action and, unlike antibiotics, do not suppress the development of normal microflora, without weakening the immune defense of the human body, do not contribute to allergization. Phage therapy has found wide application in practical healthcare in many countries of the world. Bacteriophages act as an alternative to generally accepted methods of treating bacterial infections. At the same time, the absence of any toxicity of drugs was established and their use was shown for any category of patients: children, pregnant women, the elderly, cancer patients, with postoperative complications, with diseases of the cardiovascular system and diabetes mellitus |
