| Abstract: | Проанализирована распространенность вируса кошачьего иммунодефицита (FIV) и вируса лейкемии кошек (FeLV) в популяциях домашних и бездомных кошек. Изучена эффективность диагностических методов, используемых для детекции вируса кошачьего иммунодефицита (FIV) и вируса лейкемии кошек (FeLV). Установлено, что уровень распространенности вирусных заболеваний кошек, таких как вирус иммунодефицита и вирус лейкемии, зависит от образа жизни, пола, состояния здоровья кошек; диагностика вируса иммунодефицита и вируса лейкемии, зависит от экономического положения страны и коммерческой доступности тест-систем; Широкое распространение вакцинации доказало свою эффективность и возможность предельного снижения рисков заражения. ПЦР является золотым стандартом в диагностике вирусных заболеваний, однако при этом является дорогостоящим методом |
| Abstract (in another language): | The prevalence of feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) and feline leukemia virus (FeLV) in the populations of domestic and homeless cats has been analyzed. The effectiveness of diagnostic methods used for the detection of feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV) and feline leukemia virus (FeLV) has been studied. It was found that the level of prevalence of viral diseases of cats, such as the immunodeficiency virus and the leukemia virus, depends on the lifestyle, gender, and health status of cats; the diagnosis of the immunodeficiency virus and the leukemia virus depends on the economic situation of the country and the commercial availability of test systems; Widespread vaccination has proven its effectiveness and the possibility of limiting the risks of infection. PCR is the gold standard in the diagnosis of viral diseases, but it is an expensive method |
