| Abstract: | В ходе исследования была проведена оценка реактивности организма пациентов, страдающих туберкулёзом, по клеточным и биохимическим показателям периферической крови и интегральным индексам гомеостаза (лейкоцитарный индекс интоксикации по Кальф-Калифу (ЛИИ), индекс соотношения нейтрофилов к лимфоцитам (ИСНЛ), индекс соотношения нейтрофилов и моноцитов (ИСНМ), индекс соотношения лимфоцитов и эозинофилов (ИСЛЭ), индекс соотношения лимфоцитов к скорости оседания эритроцитов (ИЛСОЭ) на проведение терапии. В результате исследования нами было установлено, что в ходе терапии у пациентов с туберкулезом популяция эритроцитов является наиболее чувствительным параметрам к проводимому лечению. Также наиболее чувствительными и высокоинформативными являются интегральные показатели: индекс соотношения нейтрофилов к лимфоцитам, индекс соотношения лимфоцитов и эозинофилов и индекс соотношения нейтрофилов и моноцитов |
| Abstract (in another language): | In the course of the study, an assessment was made of the reactivity of the organism of patients suffering from tuberculosis, according to cellular indicators of peripheral blood and integral indices of homeostasis (leukocyte index of intoxication according to Kalf-Kalif (LII), index of the ratio of neutrophils to lymphocytes (NIL), index of the ratio of neutrophils and monocytes (IRNM), the index of the ratio of lymphocytes and eosinophils (IRLE), the index of the ratio of lymphocytes to the erythrocyte sedimentation rate (IRSOE) for therapy.As a result of the study, we found that during therapy in patients with tuberculosis, the erythrocyte population is the most sensitive parameters to the treatment. Also, the most sensitive and highly informative are integral indicators: the index of the ratio of neutrophils to lymphocytes, the index of the ratio of lymphocytes and eosinophils and the index of the ratio of neutrophils and monocytes |
