| Abstract: | Болезни органов дыхания представляют одну из наиболее распространенных патологий в структуре общей и первичной заболеваемости. Проведен анализ первичной заболеваемости болезнями органов дыхания взрослого населения Крупского района за период 2014-2020 гг. и определены тенденции заболеваемости. В структуре первичной заболеваемости взрослого населения болезни органов дыхания занимают первое ранговое место. Отмечается снижение первичной заболеваемости болезнями органов дыхания взрослого населения Крупского района. Основной вклад в структуру первичной заболеваемости болезнями органов дыхания по нозологическим формам взрослого населения в 2020 г. внесли острые респираторные инфекции дыхательных путей, пневмонии, хронический ринит, назофарингит, фарингит, синусит, астма и астматический статус, вазомоторный и аллергический ринит. Для острых респираторных вирусных инфекций, вазомоторного и аллергического ринитов характерно снижение первичной заболеваемости, а для пневмоний, хронических ринитов, назофарингитов, фарингитов и синуситов – увеличение показателей |
| Abstract (in another language): | Respiratory diseases are one of the most common pathologies in the structure of general and primary morbidity. The analysis of the primary morbidity of respiratory diseases of the adult population of Krupki district for the period 2014–2020 was carried out and the trends of morbidity were determined. In the structure of the primary morbidity of the adult population, respiratory diseases occupy the first rank place. There is a decrease in the primary incidence of respiratory diseases of the adult population of Krupki district. Acute respiratory infections of the respiratory tract, pneumonia, chronic rhinitis, nasopharyngitis, pharyngitis, sinusitis, asthma and asthmatic status, vasomotor and allergic rhinitis made the main contribution to the structure of the primary incidence of respiratory diseases by nosological forms of the adult population in 2020. Acute respiratory viral infections, vasomotor and allergic rhinitis are characterized by a decrease in primary morbidity, and for pneumonia, chronic rhinitis, nasopharyngitis, pharyngitis and sinusitis - an increase in indicators |
