| Abstract: | В ходе исследования был проведен анализ уровня экспрессии при колоректальном раке онкогена ERCC1 у 72 пациентов, генов TS и ТP у 94 пациентов. В результате анализа полученных данных было установлено, что между группами пациентов, получавших радикальное лечение и комбинированное лечение, по экспрессии исследуемых генов статистически значимых различий не было выявлено. При анализе прогностической значимости исследуемых показателей выявлено, что у пациентов с детектированным прогрессированием заболевания установлено преобладание гипоэкспрессии онкогена ERCC1 и гена, а также умеренная экспрессия гена TР. Взаимосвязь между уровнем экспрессии исследуемых генов и общей выживаемостью пациентов с колоректальным раком – прямая слабой силы (р (Спирмен) <0,05) |
| Abstract (in another language): | In the course of the study, it was made the analysis of the expression level in colorectal cancer of the ERCC1 oncogene in 72 patients, the TS and TP genes in 94 patients. As a result of the analysis of the obtained data, it was found that there were no statistically significant differences in the expression of the studied genes between the groups of patients who received radical treatment and combined treatment. When analyzing the prognostic significance of the studied parameters, it was found that in patients with detected progression of the disease, the predominance of hypoexpression of the ERCC1 oncogene and gene, as well as moderate expression of the TP gene, was established. The relationship between the level of expression of the studied genes and the overall survival of patients with colorectal cancer is a weak straight line (p (Spearman) <0.05) |
