| Abstract: | Экоцентрическая стратегия радиационной защиты предполагает расширение экспериментальных баз радиационно-индуцированных эффектов у представителей биоты. В данной работе представлены расчетные значения ЛД50/60 для наземного моллюска F. fruticum после острого облучения. Для проведения лабораторного эксперимента были подобраны условия содержания животных, приближенные к естественной среде обитания. При этом смертность моллюсков в контрольной группе оставалась на нулевом уровне в течение всего эксперимента. Расчетным методом пробит-анализа с применением метода наименьших квадратов был определен показатель ЛД 50/60 для моллюска F. fruticum разных возрастных групп. На основании расчетов показатель ЛД 50/60 для трех возрастных групп наземного моллюска: 118,7 ± 62,2 Гр, 115,6 ± 33,9 Гр и 141,4 ± 26,3 Гр для первой, второй и третьей возрастной группы, соответственно |
| Abstract (in another language): | The ecocentric strategy of radiation protection involves the expansion of experimental bases of radiation-induced effects in representatives of biota. This paper presents the calculated values of LD50/60 for the terrestrial mollusk F. fruticum after acute irradiation. To conduct a laboratory experiment, the conditions for keeping animals close to their natural habitat were selected. At the same time the mortality of mollusks in the control group remained at zero during the entire experiment. The calculated method of probit analysis using the least squares method was used to determine the LD50/60 index for F. fruticum mollusk of different age groups. Based on calculations, the LD index is 50/60 for three age groups of land mollusks: 118.7 ± 62.2 Gy, 115.6 ±33.9 Gy and 141.4 ±26.3 Gy for the first, second and third age groups, respectively |
