| Abstract: | Цель работы: проведение анализа и оценка состояния правового обеспечения государственной политики в области охраны окружающей среды. Методология исследования: общенаучные методы познания, а также специально-юридические, такие как формально-юридический и сравнительно-правовой методы. Научная новизна исследования: в исследовании предпринята попытка оценить состояние правового обеспечения государственной политики в области охраны окружающей среды. Результатом проведенного исследования стали предложения по совершенствованию законодательства Республики Беларусь. В частности, предложено принятие Концепции государственной политики Республики Беларусь в области охраны окружающей среды на уровне Правительства, принятие Президентом Указа «О преобразовании государственных лесохозяйственных учреждений в унитарные предприятия»; обосновано внесение изменений в Закон «О местном управлении и самоуправлении в Республике Беларусь», в Указ Президента «О структуре Правительства Республики Беларусь», в Положение о Министерстве по чрезвычайным ситуациям и др. |
| Abstract (in another language): | Purpose of work: analysis and assessment of the state of legal support of state policy in the field of environmental protection. Research methodology: general scientific methods of cognition, as well as special legal methods, such as formal legal and comparative legal methods. Scientific novelty of the study: the study attempts to assess the state of legal support of state policy in the field of environmental protection. The result of the study was proposals for improving the legislation of the Republic of Belarus. In particular, it was proposed the adoption of the Concept of the State Policy of the Republic of Belarus in the field of environmental protection at the Government level, the adoption by the President of the Decree «On the transformation of state forestry institutions into unitary enterprises»; justified the introduction of amendments to the Law «On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Belarus», to the Decree of the President «On the Structure of the Government of the Republic of Belarus», to the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations, etc. |
