| Abstract: | Цель настоящего исследования выступает определение правового содержания изъятия земельных участков для государственных нужд, а также выявление и разделение некоторых проблем правового регулирования рассматриваемых отношений. Исходя из указанной цели, можно выделить следующие задачи исследования: – охарактеризовать правовое понятие изъятия земельных участков для государственных нужд; – выделить этапы развития законодательства в данной сфере; – рассмотреть порядок изъятия земельных участков для государственных нужд; – дать характеристику компенсационному механизму при изъятии земельных участков для государственных нужд. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The purpose of this study is to determine the legal content of the seizure of land plots for state needs, as well as to identify and separate some of the problems of legal regulation of the relations under consideration. Based on this goal, the following research tasks can be distinguished: – to characterize the legal concept of the seizure of land plots for state needs; – to highlight the stages of development of legislation in this area; – to consider the procedure for the seizure of land plots for state needs; – to characterize the compensation mechanism for the seizure of land for state needs. |
