| Abstract: | В авторской статье отражены актуальные тенденции развития научно-теоретических и прикладных направлений современного приодопользования. Представлены гипотеза о движущих силах человеческого общества и причинах появления изменения новых ресурсов, анализ экологических последствий развития человеческого общества и обоснование ноосферного подхода в природопользовании. Обоснован вывод, что эволюционно направленный процесс изменения человеческого общества должен проходить в жестких рамках «экополитики сдерживания» и «зелёного диктата», через усиление эффективности природопользовании и культуры природопользования. Крайне важны изменения потребительских стереотипов, увеличение числа «зеленых» производств, развитие зеленого сельского хозяйства, экотуризма и медико-экологических исследований; переориентация жизненных установок населения от потребительских к общественно-духовным (внедрение и соблюдение Кодекса культуры природопользования) |
| Abstract (in another language): | The author’s article reflects the current trends in the development of scientific, theoretical and applied areas of modern environmental management. The article presents a hypothesis about the driving forces of human society and the reasons for the appearance of changes in new resources, an analysis of the environmental consequences of the development of human society and the justification of the noosphere approach in nature management. The conclusion is justified that the evolutionarily directed process of changing human society should take place within the strict framework of the “eco-policy of containment” and “green diktat”, through strengthening the efficiency of nature management and the culture. Changes in consumer stereotypes, an increase in the number of “green” industries, the development of green agriculture, ecotourism and medical and environmental researches are extremely important; reorientation of the population’s life attitudes from consumer to socio-spiritual (implementation and compliance with the Code of Nature Management Culture) |
