| Abstract: | В работе выносятся на обсуждение три основные принципа динамической сложности, которые целесообразно учитывать при структурной идентификации оператора эволюции социально-экономических систем в условиях трансформации. Предлагается концептуальная модель макроэкономической динамики в виде гибридной быстро-медленной системы с запаздываниями и управлением. В рамках процессно-системной методологии дифференциально-алгебраической системой описана динамическая односекторная модель экономического роста страны в условиях цифровой трансформации |
| Abstract (in another language): | The paper proposes for discussion three main principles of dynamic complexity, which should be taken into account in the structural identification of the operator of the evolution of socio-economic systems in the conditions of transformation. A conceptual model of macroeconomic dynamics is proposed in the form of a hybrid fast-slow system with delays and control. Within the framework of the process-system methodology, a dynamic one-sector model of the country’s economic growth in the context of digital transformation is described by a differential-algebraic system |
