| Abstract: | В статье рассмотрены подходы к определению цифровых активов или криптоактивов отдельных стран Европейского Союза, дано определение криптовалют согласно законодательству отдельных стран Евразийского экономического союза, Европейским центральным банком и Группой разработки финансовых мер борьбы с отмыванием денег. Автором выделены характеристики цифровой валюты центральных банков, проанализировано определение цифровых активов отдельными странами ЕАЭС. В статье приведена авторская классификация цифровых финансовых инструментов как отдельного классификационного признака финансовых инструментов и охарактеризованы основные составляющие классификации |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article discusses approaches to the definition of digital assets or crypto assets of individual countries of the European Union and gives a definition of cryptocurrencies in accordance with the legislation of individual countries of the Eurasian Economic Union, the European Central Bank, and the Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering. The author summarizes the characteristics of the digital currency of central banks, analyzes the definition of digital assets by individual countries of the EAEU. The article presents the author’s classification of digital financial instruments as a separate classification feature of financial instruments and identifies the main components of the classification |
