| Abstract: | Представлены авторские подходы к анализу и оценке использования рабочего времени менеджеров в условиях национальной экономики. Разработан инструментарий оценки эффективности рабочего времени менеджеров. Обоснован перечень факторов, влияющих на использование рабочего времени данной категории работников. Сформулированы административные барьеры, имеющие место в национальной экономике, и влияющие на эффективность труда менеджеров и их рабочее время |
| Abstract (in another language): | The author’s approaches to the analysis and evaluation of the use of working time of managers in the conditions of the national economy are presented. A toolkit for evaluating the efficiency of managers’ working time has been developed. The list of factors influencing the use of working time of this category of workers is substantiated. The administrative barriers that take place in the national economy and affect the efficiency of managers’ work and their working hours are formulated |
