| Abstract: | В статье изложены основы рентной социально-экономической парадигмы, рассмотрены основные понятия функционирования современной экономики, институтов рентных экономических отношений. С позиций институциональной триады «воспроизводство – адаптация – развитие» представлены проблемы «разрыва» информационного потока и законодательных институтов рентных отношений, не концентрирующихся в цифровой экономике на научно обоснованных путях управления капиталом и минимизации оппортунизма экономических агентов |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article outlines the basics of the rental socio-economic paradigm, examines the basic concepts of the functioning of the modern economy, institutions of rental economic relations. From the standpoint of the institutional triad «reproduction – adaptation – development», the problems of «breaking» the information flow and the legislative institutions of rental relations that do not focus on scientifically based ways of moving away from the fund-management and opportunism of economic agents in the digital economy are presented |
