| Abstract: | В работе анализируются некоторые аспекты использования информационных технологий в качестве механизмов развития современного общества. Показана связь автоматизации с алгоритмизацией в процессе выстраивания формальной процедуры информационного отбора и обоснования разных вариантов деятельности с целью повышения ее эффективности. При этом автоматизация рассматривается как инструмент внешнего (формального) регулирования информационных процессов при переходе от человека к техническим устройствам в различных отраслях промышленного производства и повседневной жизни. Алгоритмизация же способствует организации и координации информационных потоков внутри системы между ее основными элементами, выполняющими функции управления, принятия решений и их исполнения, где различия между человеческим мышлением и искусственным интеллектом становятся несущественны |
| Abstract (in another language): | The paper analyzes some aspects of the use of information technologies as mechanisms for the development of modern society. The connection of automation with algorithmization in the process of building a formal procedure for information selection and justification of various options for activities in order to increase its effectiveness is shown. At the same time, automation is considered as an instrument of external (formal) regulation of information processes during the transition from human to technical devices in various industries of industrial production and everyday life. Algorithmization also contributes to the organization and coordination of information flows within the system between its main elements performing the functions of management, decision-making and their execution, where the differences between human thinking and artificial intelligence become insignificant |
