| Abstract: | Рассматривается проблема укрепления позиций и обеспечения роста конкурентных преимуществ субъектов бизнеса на основе активного использования цифровых технологий и подготовки персонала, владеющего не только профессиональными компетенциями, но и современным инструментарием цифровой экономики. Недостаток профессионально подготовленных кадров в сфере цифровых технологий существенно замедляет процессы цифровизации, тем самым снижая уровень конкурентоспособности субъектов бизнеса. Инвестиции в развитие человеческого капитала для создания будущих инноваций и обеспечение роста конкурентоспособности предприятия путем создания новых нематериальных активов становится ключевым фактором поступательного развития |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the problem of strengthening the positions and ensuring the growth of competitive advantages of business entities based on the active use of digital technologies and training of personnel who possess not only professional competencies, but also modern tools of the digital economy is considered. The lack of professionally trained personnel in the field of digital technologies significantly slows down the processes of digitalization, thereby reducing the level of competitiveness of business entities. Investing in the development of human capital to create future innovations and ensuring the growth of the competitiveness of the enterprise by creating new intangible assets is becoming a key factor in progressive development |
