| Abstract: | В статье анализируются результаты развития европейской системы защиты экономических требований работников государств – членов Европейского союза в обеспечении баланса интересов работодателей, кредиторов и общества в целом в случае экономической несостоятельности (банкротства) организации. Исследованием охвачен период с 1980 г. по настоящее время, что позволяет не только представить основные достижения государств – членов ЕС, но и использовать накопленный опыт для проведения экономических реформ в других странах, в т. ч. в Республике Беларусь |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article examines the results of the development of the European systems for protecting the economic claims of workers in and the achievements of the Member States of the European Union in balancing the interests of employers, creditors and society as a whole in the event of economic insolvency (bankruptcy) are analysed. The study covers the period from 1980 to the present, which allows not only to present the main achievements of the EU Member States but also to use the accumulated experience for economic reforms in other countries, incl. in the Republic of Belarus |
