| Abstract: | В статье рассмотрены проблемы перехода к «зеленой» экономике как на мировом уровне, так и на уровне Союзного государства Российской Федерации и Республики Беларусь. Приведены трактовки терминов «энергопереход» в энергетике и «углеродная нейтральность». Определены мероприятия, принимаемые на государственном уровне для сокращения выбросов вредных веществ и парниковых газов в атмосферу. Рассмотрены последствия импортного углеродного налога для экономик Беларуси и России. Статья подготовлена на основании обзора большого объема публикаций в области выбросов вредных веществ и парниковых газов в атмосферу |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article deals with the problems of transition to a «green» economy both at the global level and at the level of the Union State of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus. Interpretations of the terms «energy transition» in the energy sector and «carbon neutrality» are given. Measures taken at the state level to reduce emissions of harmful substances and greenhouse gases into the atmosphere are determined. The consequences of the import carbon tax for the economies of Belarus and Russia are considered. The article was prepared on the basis of a review of a large volume of publications in the field of emissions of harmful substances and greenhouse gases into the atmosphere |
