| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается проблематика Евразийской интеграции на основе тесной взаимосвязи экономического развития и обеспечения безопасности государства. Подчеркиваются три важнейших элемента экономической безопасности: экономическая независимость, стабильность и устойчивость национальной экономики, способность к саморазвитию и прогрессу. Характеризуются приоритеты развития Евразийской интеграции: ускорение формирование общего цифрового пространства; разработка евразийской программы импортозамещения; сопряжение евразийской интеграции с проектом «Один пояс – один путь» и Транспортным Союзом Индии, Ирана и России; переход Евразии к экономике «Углеродной нейтральности». Утверждается, что новые вызовы и угрозы в области безопасности, необходимость экономического развития в сложных санкционных, постпандемийных и предкризисных условиях выводит на повестку дня потребность в интеграционном сотрудничестве, используя не только возможности ЕАЭС, но и Союзного Государства, ОДКБ, СНГ, ШОС и других региональных образований. Аргументируется преждевременность создания межпарламентской структуры в рамках ЕАЭС; подчеркивается, что успешное развитие ЕАЭС во взаимосвязи с межгосударственными постсовесткими структурами способствует поступательному экономическому росту стран – членов ЕАЭС и создает предпосылки для укрепления политических, экономических и культурных связей между постсоветскими государствами |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article deals with the problems of Eurasian integration based on the close relationship between economic development and ensuring the security of the state. Three most important elements of economic security are emphasized: economic independence, stability and sustainability of the national economy, the ability to self-development and progress. The priorities of the development of Eurasian integration are characterized: acceleration of the formation of a common digital space; development of the Eurasian program of import substitution; conjugation of Eurasian integration with the One Belt, One Road project and the Transport Union of India, Iran and Russia; transition of Eurasia to the economy of "Carbon neutrality". It is argued that new challenges and threats in the field of security, the need for economic development in difficult sanctions, post-pandemic and pre-crisis conditions bring to the agenda the need for integration cooperation, using not only the capabilities of the EAEU, but also the Union State, the CSTO, the CIS, the SCO and other regional formations. The prematureness of the creation of an inter-parliamentary structure within the framework of the EAEU is argued, it is emphasized that the successful development of the EAEU in conjunction with interstate post-Soviet structures contributes to the progressive economic growth of the EAEU member countries and creates prerequisites for strengthening political, economic and cultural ties between the post-Soviet states |
