Abstract:	Публичная политика – это концепт, который постоянно находится в центре теоретических дискуссий как на Западе, так и в Китае. Он широко используется в научной литературе и рассматривается как органичная часть политической науки, без которой было бы немыслимо представить механизмы формирования политики, взаимодействия в этом процессе государства, гражданского общества и бизнеса. В статье охарактеризовано понятие «публичная политика» и проанализированы его трактовки, которые даны американскими и европейскими авторами. Выявлено наличие у китайских исследований национальной особенности в понимании публичной политики.
Abstract (in another language):	Public policy – this concept is constantly at the center of theoretical discussions both in the West and in China. It is widely used in the scientific literature and is considered as an organic part of political science, without which it would be unthinkable to imagine the mechanisms of policy formation, interaction of the state, civil society and business in this process. The article describes the concept of «public policy» and analyzes the interpretations of this concept, which are given by American and European authors. It also reveals the presence of a national peculiarity in the understanding of public policy in Chinese studies.
