Abstract

This research work tries to make a study about the mutual cooperation between the Republic of Ecuador and the Republic of Belarus in a certain period of time, 2007-2016, considering that it was the most important time for both countries in developing its partnership. For this purpose, some historical moments will be considered in order to understand the feasibility of exploring and stablishing route maps to implement agreements between Ecuador and Belarus in diplomacy, trade, education, science and technology, innovation, high-tech industry, agroindustry, human mobility. Besides, the political influence and similitudes in terms of foreign polices that both countries have shown in the period of time mentioned. As a result of this work, it will be a personal opinion toward the feasibility for further cooperation according to the facts analyzed through this research project.
