| Abstract (in another language): | The article illustrates the research of the formation and modification of management practice when carrying out an activity in a cross-cultural environment. This issue is important due to the possible degradation of the measures of business effectiveness in intercultural exchange situations. The article substantiates the comparison of employee journey maps use for management practices adaptation to different cultural characteristics using the example of the cultures of Belarus and Kazakhstan. |
