| Abstract: | В статье обосновывается необходимость разработки финансового обоснования инвестиционного предложения инвестору. Подготовка финансового обоснования должна включать не только комплекс финансовой документации, характеризующей финансовые возможности организации-проектоустроителя, но и предварительные расчеты финансовых возможностей проекта с оценкой показателей, позволяющих выявить потенциал проекта в меняющейся рыночной ситуации |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article argues the need to develop an investment proposal financial feasibility to an investor. The financial feasibility preparation should include not only a set of financial records that characterize the financial capacities of the company-project developer, but also preliminary calculations of the project financial capacities with indicators assessment enabling project potential identification in a changing market situation |
