| Abstract: | Социально-экономические потрясения начала XXI века – кризис 2007–2008 гг., события 2014 г. и введенные против РФ санкции, пандемия Covid-19 – ускорили распространение цифровых технологий во многих секторах и отраслях экономики нашей страны. Расширяется применение роботизации, искусственного интеллекта, 3D принтеров, блокчейна, беспилотных транспортных средств, мобильного интернета и др. В стратегическом документе «О национальных целях развития Российской Федерации на период до 2030 года» одним из приоритетных направлений развития страны обозначена цифровая трансформация, обеспечивающая достижение «цифровой зрелости» важнейших отраслей экономики и социальной сферы. Пандемия Covid-19 подтвердила необходимость проведения глубоких преобразований в такой важной сфере как здравоохранение. | Abstract (in another language): | The socio-economic upheavals of the beginning of the XXI century – the crisis of 2007–2008, the events of 2014 and the sanctions imposed against the Russian Federation, the Covid-19 pandemic –accelerated the spread of digital technologies in many sectors and sectors of our country's economy. The use of robotics, artificial intelligence, 3D printers, blockchain, unmanned vehicles, mobile Internet, etc. is expanding. The strategic document «On the National Development Goals of the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030» identifies digital transformation as one of the priority directions of the country's development, ensuring the achievement of «digital maturity» of the most important sectors of the economy and the social sphere.
