| Abstract: | Проведен сравнительный анализ развития малого и среднего бизнеса в регионах Республики Беларусь за 2013–2019 годы. Cформирована система показателей, отражающая результативность предпринимательства в областях РБ и городе Минск. С помощью методов прикладной статистики построен интегральный показатель для изучаемых регионов на основе панельных данных. На основании значений интегрального показателя произведена классификация регионов. Исходные показатели отсортированы по степени их влияния на рейтинг. Проведен анализ динамики рейтинга регионов за каждый год изучения, а также изменение рейтинга каждого региона за изучаемый период |
| Abstract (in another language): | A comparative analysis of small and medium-sized businesses development in the Republic of Belarus regions for 2013–2018 was carried out. A system of indicators has been formed that reflects the performance of entrepreneurship in the regions of the Republic of Belarus and the city of Minsk. Using the methods of applied statistics, an integral indicator was constructed for the studied regions on the basis of panel data. Based on the values of the integral indicator, the regions were classified. Baselines are sorted according to their impact on the rating. The analysis of the dynamics of the rating of the regions for each year of study, as well as the change in the rating of each region for the studied period is carried out |
