| Abstract: | Статья посвящена вопросам управления развитием производственно-логистических систем. Показаны меры по трансформации производственно-логистической системы, обеспечивающие ее преобразование в экологически- и социально- ответственное предприятие с эффективным и прозрачным корпоративным управлением. | Abstract (in another language): | The article is devoted to the managing issues of the of production and logistics systems development. The purpose of the study is to reveal the essence of the transformation of production and logistics systems based on the principles of socially responsible business conduct of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance). Measures for the transformation of the production and logistics system, ensuring its transformation into an environmentally and socially responsible enterprise with effective and transparent corporate management, are shown. The essence of the development of supply chains in accordance with the ESG-strategy is revealed |
