| Abstract: | В контексте современных социальных трансформаций раскрыты характерные черты проявления духовно-нравственных ценностей в обеспечении национальной безопасности белорусского общества. Обосновано, что в качестве фактора общественного развития специфика морали выражается в социально-регулятивной роли со стороны общества, в культуросозидательной роли со стороны личности и, соответственно, в согласовании между ними. На основе исторических и философских источников определены социокультурные предпосылки развития духовно-нравственного потенциала белорусского народа, в котором органически взаимосвязаны, с одной стороны, становление национального самосознания и государственности, с другой – раскрытие личностной природы человека. В качестве серьезной внутренней угрозы белорусской государственности обозначены социально-моральные риски, связанные с общемировыми трансформационными процессами. Особое внимание уделяется освещению проблемы духовнонравственного развития личности, ее достойной самореализации и мировоззренческого выбора в условиях современного транзитивного общества. На основе социологических данных обозначены некоторые особенности моральной регуляции в молодежной среде. |
| Abstract (in another language): | In the context of modern social transformations, the characteristic features of the manifestation of spiritual and moral values in ensuring the national security of the Belarusian society are revealed. It is substantiated that the specificity of morality as a factor of social development is expressed: on the part of society in a socio-regulatory role, on the part of the individual in a culturally creative role and, accordingly, in coordination between them. On the basis of historical and philosophical sources, the sociocultural prerequisites for the development of the spiritual and moral potential of the Belarusian people are determined, in which, on the one hand, the formation of national self-consciousness and statehood are organically interconnected, and on the other hand, the disclosure of the personal nature of a person. As a serious internal threat to the Belarusian statehood, the socio-moral risks associated with the ongoing global transformation processes are identified. Particular attention is paid to highlighting the problem of the spiritual and moral development of the individual, its worthy self-realisation and worldview choice in the conditions of a modern transitive society. On the basis of sociological data, some features of moral regulation in the youth environment are indicated. |
