| Abstract: | В статье обоснована ведущая роль когнитивизации как одного из основных факторов, обусловливающих современные экономические процессы. Когнитивизация нашла свое отражение в экономическом развитии ведущих европейских стран с малой открытой экономикой, позволяя им за счет высокой добавленной стоимости создавать конкурентоспособную и востребованную продукцию на мировом рынке. Основополагающими факторами развития экономики знаний в малых европейских странах выступают благоприятные институциональные условия, ориентация на инновации как крупных, так и мелких предприятий, развитый человеческий капитал и инвестиции в сферу образования и НИОКР, которые обеспечивают устойчивое инновационное развитие. В статье рассчитан индекс динамики развития экономики знаний европейских стран с малой открытой экономикой, определен совокупный индекс и отдельные субиндексы, а также приведен рейтинг стран по динамике развития экономики знаний. В целом можно отметить нераскрытый потенциал различных отраслевых структур Республики Беларусь, которые в дальнейшем, при реализации концепции экономики знаний, смогут выступить драйверами роста национальной экономики. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article substantiates the leading role of cognitivisation as one of the main factors determining modern economic processes. Cognitivisation is reflected in the economic development of the leading European countries with small open economies, which allowed them to create competitive and indemand products on the world market due to high added value. The fundamental factors of the development of the knowledge economy in small European countries are: favorable institutional conditions, orientation to innovation of both large and small enterprises, developed human capital and investments in education, research and development, which ensure sustainable innovative development. The article calculates the index of the dynamics of the development of the knowledge economy of European countries with a small open economy, defines the aggregate index and individual sub-indices, and also provides a rating of countries on the dynamics of the development of the knowledge economy. In general, we can talk about the undisclosed potential of various sectoral structures of the Republic of Belarus, which in the future, when implementing the concept of the knowledge economy, will be able to act as drivers of the growth of the national economy. |
