| Abstract: | Разглядаюцца роля і значэнне ўнутраных і знешніх фактараў у гісторыі знешняй палітыкі Беларусі, пачынаючы з першых гістарычных форм беларускай дзяржаўнасці і заканчваючы яе апошняй нацыянальнай формай – Рэспублікай Беларусь. Адзначаецца важнае значэнне вонкавага асяроддзя для ўзнікнення, развіцця і заняпаду беларускіх дзяржаў, што было абумоўлена перш за ўсё іх геапалітычнай пазіцыяй на мяжы дзвюх культур і цывілізацый – заходняй і ўсходнеславянскай. Робіцца выснова аб тым, што шэраг асаблівасцей гістарычнага развіцця розных форм беларускай дзяржаўнасці (размяшчэнне паміж Усходам і Захадам; этнічная, канфесіянальная, моўная падзеленасць беларускага народа і эліт; іх уразлівасць і падатнасць да знешніх уплываў і інш.) прадвызначылі пэўную слабасць унутранага фактару развіцця Беларусі перад знешнім |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article discusses the role and importance of internal and external factors in the history of Belarus’ foreign policy from the early historical forms of the Belarusian statehood to its last national form – Republic of Belarus. The importance of the environment for the emergence, development and decline of the Belarusian states, which was primarily due to their geopolitical position at the interface of two cultures and civilizations - Western and Eastern Slavic are notes. The conclusion is that a number of features of the historical development of different forms of the Belarusian Statehood (location between East and West, ethnic, religious, linguistic separation of the Belarusian people and the its elites, their vulnerability and intractability to external influences, and others) predestined to a certain weakness of the internal factors of development of Belarus before the external ones |
