| Abstract: | Выбор темы обусловлен, с одной стороны, расширением угрозы терроризма и тем, что на современном этапе ни одна страна не застрахована от нее, а с другой – тем, что Азиатско-Тихоокеанский регион (АТР) является одним из самых быстрорастущих и динамически развивающихся регионов мира, где Австралия является мощным игроком и оказывает влияние на развитие субрегионов АТР. Работа является уникальной для русскоязычной литературы, так как это первое исследование, которое содержит в себе обширный обзор современных трендов угрозы терроризма в Австралии. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы для дальнейшей разработки данной темы и в более комплексных исследованиях в сфере международной безопасности |
| Abstract (in another language): | The choice of topic is determined on the one hand by the expanding threat of terrorism and the fact that no country is safe from it nowadays, and on the other hand by the fact that Asia-Pacific Region is one of the most dynamically growing and developing regions in the world, where Australia is a powerful player and affects the development of subregions of the Asia-Pacific region. The purpose of the study is to identify and characterize the main features of the terrorist threat in Australia. The work is unique for Russian-language literature, as it is the first study to contain an extensive overview of current terrorism threat trends in Australia. The results of the study can be used for further development of this topic and for more comprehensive studies in the field of international security |
