| Abstract: | Ключевая роль Китайской Народной Республики (КНР) в выдвижении Азиатско-Тихоокеанского региона (АТР) в ХХI в. на мировые лидерские позиции уже стала предметом научного осмысления и образовательного процесса. Более узким, но выразительным аспектом данного предмета выступает расширение влияния КНР в странах Южной Америки. Причем наиболее основательно активность Китая проявляется в Венесуэле. Здесь китайское руководство приобрело возможность не только закрепляться экономически, но и сопрягать собственную внешнюю стратегию с курсом венесуэльских лидеров на воплощение концепции «социализм XXI века». Изучение стратегии, направлений и методов распространения влияния на континенте позволяет выявить этапы продвижения интересов Китая, оценить его экономико-политические последствия, сопоставить подходы великих держав к реализации собственных геополитических приоритетов и на этой основе уяснить суть и особенности эволюции современного мироустройства |
| Abstract (in another language): | The key role of the People’s Republic of China (China, the PRC) in the XXI century advance of Asia and the Pacific Region to world leading position has already become the subject of scientific research and educational process. A narrower but expressive aspect of this subject is the expansion of the influence of the PRC in the countries of South America. Moreover, China’s activity is most significant in Venezuela. Here, the Chinese leadership has gained the opportunity not only to take hold economically, but also to match its own foreign strategy with the course of Venezuelan leaders towards implementation of the “XXI century socialism” concept. The study of the strategy, directions and methods of expanding influence on the continent allows to reveal stages of advancement of China’s interests, to assess its economic and political consequences, to compare approaches of great powers to realization of their own geopolitical priorities and on this basis to understand essence and features of evolution of modern world order |
