| Abstract: | В статье анализируются вопросы, связанные с классификацией гражданско-правовых договоров в сфере лесопользования. Рассмотрена эволюция системы таких договоров, обоснована классификация как основной методологический прием для формирования научного представления о договорах в сфере лесопользования. Автором определены основания классификации (по целевой направленности, по наличию встречного предоставления, по процедуре заключения и др.) и выделены соответствующие виды в рамках каждого из рассмотренных оснований. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The author analyses the issues related to the classification of civil law contracts in the field of forest management. The evolution of the system of such contracts is considered, classification as the main methodological technique for the formation of a scientific understanding of contracts in the field of forest management is justified. The author substantiates the grounds for classification (by target orientation, by the presence of counter-provision, by the conclusion procedure, etc.) and identifies the appropriate types within each of the grounds considered. |
