| Abstract: | В статье показана роль важнейших избирательных систем в жизни обществ, их достоинства и недостатки с точки зрения воздействия на формирование представительных органов управления. Проведен анализ факторов, влияющих на совершенствование избирательных систем. Определена наиболее подходящая модель избирательной системы, способной привести к формированию воспроизводящихся электоральных правил, установлению модели справедливой конкурентной борьбы при создании институтов государственной власти. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article shows the role of the most important electoral systems in the life of societies, identifies their advantages and disadvantages in terms of their impact on the formation of representative government bodies, analyzes the factors affecting the improvement of electoral systems, determines the most appropriate model of the electoral system that can lead to the formation of reproducible electoral rules, the establishment of a model of fair competition when creating state power institutions. |
