| Abstract: | Раскрывается структура политических и социальных противоречий на глобальном и национальном уровне, которая определяет содержание и формы информационного противостояния на международной арене и в Республике Беларусь, а также демонстрируется их прямая взаимосвязь. Раскрываются методики и формы информационной агрессии против Республики Беларусь. Выделяются направления, представляющие угрозу для национальной безопасности, и дается оценка правовой защиты от наиболее актуальных угроз. Дается оценка степени эффективности враждебной пропаганды извне на студентов белорусских вузов. Предлагаются способы оперативной нейтрализации или минимизации деструктивного влияния враждебных информационных ресурсов с помощью локальных нормативно-правовых актов в системе образования Республики Беларусь |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article reveals the structure of political and social contradictions at the global and national level, which determines the content and forms of information confrontation in the international arena and in the Republic of Belarus, and also demonstrates their direct relationship. The methods and forms of information aggression against the Republic of Belarus are revealed. The directions that pose a threat to national security are highlighted and an assessment of legal protection against the most pressing threats is given. The assessment of the degree of effectiveness of hostile propaganda from the outside on the students of Belarusian universities is given. The methods of operational neutralization or minimization of the destructive influence of hostile information resources with the help of local legal acts in the education system of the Republic of Belarus are proposed |
