| Abstract: | Одним из элементов концепции «мягкой силы», которая рассматривается в статье, является политика Польши в отношении польского национального меньшинства в Беларуси. В рамках политики «мягкой силы» предусматривается поддержка соотечественников за рубежом, помощь в организации и деятельности национально-культурным общественным организациям польской диаспоры, поддержка и продвижение национального языка и культуры. В данном контексте заявленная проблематика не изучалась. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы представителями государственных органов Республики Беларусь (прежде всего МИДа и аппаратом Уполномоченного по делам религии и национальностей) в выработке концепции сотрудничества белорусского государства со своей диаспорой за рубежом |
| Abstract (in another language): | One of the elements of the concept of "soft power", which is considered in the article, is the policy of Poland towards the Polish national minority in Belarus. The policy of "soft power" provides for support of compatriots abroad, assistance in the organization and activities of national-cultural public organizations of the Polish diaspora, support and promotion of the national language and culture. In this context, the stated problems were not studied. The results of the study can be used by representatives of state bodies of the Republic of Belarus (first of all, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Office of the Commissioner for Religious and Ethnic Affairs) in developing a concept of cooperation between the Belarusian state and its diaspora abroad |
