Выделен ряд ключевых угрозообразующих факторов, оказавших определяющее влияние на состояние защищенности интересов личности, общества и государства в различных сферах национальной безопасности, обозначены ключевые проблемные вопросы. В условиях высокой динамики геополитической обстановки, появления новых и трансформации существующих рисков и вызовов обосновывается необходимость актуализации и дальнейшего совершенствования Концепции национальной безопасности Республики Беларусь |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article gives a general assessment of the state of national security of the Republic of Belarus at the present stage. A number of key threat-forming factors that have had a decisive impact on the state of protection of the interests of the individual, society and the state in various areas of national security are identified, key problematic issues are identified. In the conditions of high dynamics of the geopolitical situation, the emergence of new and transformation of existing risks and challenges, the necessity of updating and further improving the Concept of National Security of the Republic of Belarus is justified |
