| Abstract: | В статье рассматривается система управления Ахеменидской империи на примере провинции Йехуд. На основании анализа терминологии на древнеперсидском, арамейском, древнееврейском языках определены полномочия сатрапа и наместника провинции. Определено, что древнееврейский термин медина обозначал провинцию, в частности провинцию Йехуд. В результате исследования автор пришел к выводам, что персидская провинция Йехуд существовала с самого начала персидского периода, а не с приезда туда Нехемьи в качестве наместника. Йехуд входила в состав сатрапии Заречье |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article study the governance system of the Achaemenid Empire on the example of the province of Yehud. Based on the analysis of the terminology in the ancient Persian, Aramaic, Hebrew languages, the powers of the satrap and the governor of the province were determined. It is determined that the Hebrew term medina denoted a province, in particular the province of Yehud. As a result of the research, the author came to the conclusion that the Persian province of Yehud existed from the very beginning of the Persian period, and not from the arrival of Nehemya there as a governor. Yehud was part of the Eber-Nari satrapy |
