| Abstract: | На основе изучения зарубежного опыта мотивации персонала, разработан финансовый механизм мотивации специалистов белорусских банков. Финансовый механизм представлен в виде поэтапного алгоритма действий топ-менеджеров банков. Это позволит установить, с одной стороны, прозрачную систему мотивации для специалистов коммерческого банка, ориентированную на достижение финансового результата банка и его структурных подразделений, с другой стороны – обеспечить достижение запланированных финансовых результатов в разрезе отдельного специалиста |
| Abstract (in another language): | Based on the study of foreign experience in personnel motivation, a financial mechanism for motivating specialists of Belarusian banks has been developed. The financial mechanism is presented in the form of a phased algorithm of actions of top managers of banks. This will make it possible to establish, on the one hand, a transparent system of motivation for specialists of a commercial bank, focused on achieving the financial result of the bank and its structural divisions, on the other hand, to ensure the achievement of the planned financial results in the context of an individual specialist |
