| Abstract: | Автором анализируется положительная тенденция в подготовке будущих IT-специалистов при задействовании их в междисциплинарных IT-проектах учреждения высшего образования (далее – УВО), которые являются одним из средств реализации принципов модели «Университет 3.0» Целью исследования является проведение анализа использования междисциплинарных IT-проектов как средства развития компетенций будущих IT-специалистов на примере экспериментального практического проекта на базе Академии управления при Президенте Республики Беларусь. Актуальность исследования заключается в реализации модели «Университет 3.0», а также в реализации региональной политики Республики Беларусь, что для УВО отражается в необходимости подготавливать высококвалифицированные кадры вне зависимости от территориального расположения вуза. Данное исследование является уникальным по причине использования для подтверждения выдвинутых тезисов экспериментального практического проекта |
| Abstract (in another language): | The author analyzes the positive trend in the training of future IT-specialists when they are involved in interdisciplinary IT-projects of universities, which are one of the means of implementing the principles of the «University 3.0» model. The purpose of the study is to analyze the use of interdisciplinary IT-projects as a means of developing the competencies of future IT-specialists on the example of an experimental practical project based on the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus. The relevance of the study lies in the implementation of the «University 3.0» model, as well as in the implementation of the regional policy of the Republic of Belarus, which is reflected in the need to train highly qualified specialists, regardless of the territorial location of the university. This study is unique due to the use of an experimental practical project to confirm the theses put forward |
