| Abstract: | В данной статье нами будут рассматриваться особенности управления портфелем цифровых проектов на примере организации АО «ТИНЬКОФФ БАНК», которая входит в список наиболее популярных в России коммерческих банков. Исследуются основные стратегии цифровизации, а также экосистема банка. Такое огромное количество цифровых платформ вынуждает АО «ТИНЬКОФФ БАНК» иметь в приоритете защиту процессов, протекающих в банках, от киберугроз. Проанализированы проблемы управления портфелем цифровых проектов |
| Abstract (in another language): | In this article we will consider the features of managing a portfolio of digital projects on the example of the organization of JSC TINKOFF BANK, which is included in the list of the most popular commercial banks in Russia. The main strategies of digitalization, as well as the ecosystem of the bank are investigated. Such a huge number of digital platforms forces JSC TINKOFF BANK to prioritize the protection of processes occurring in banks from cyber threats. The problems of digital project portfolio management are analyzed |
