| Abstract: | В статье показано, что в условиях сохранения войны как формы бытия человечества военная сфера национальной безопасности является жизненно необходимой. Она обеспечивает безопасные в военном отношении условия для развития всей социальной системы. Для ее совершенствования необходим постоянный анализ диалектики военного насилия и защиты социума от него. Раскрыты основные черты новых войн. Исходя из тотальности современной войны, необходима коррекция системы воспитания и образования, направленная на формирование личной ответственности граждан за национальную безопасность государства. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article shows that in the conditions of the preservation of war as a form of human existence, the military sphere of national security is vital. It provides militarily secure environment for the development of the entire social system. In the interests of its improvement, a constant analysis of the dialectic of military violence and the protection of society from it is necessary. The main features of new wars are revealed. Based on the totality of modern war, it is necessary to correct the system of upbringing and education, aimed at forming personal responsibility of the citizens for the national security of the state. |
