| Abstract: | В статье обсуждается проблема определения сущности правозащиты на государственном уровне и в прокурорской деятельности. На основе анализа законодательства, научных трудов ученых-юристов раскрывается содержание прокурорской правозащиты и ее соотношение с конституционной функцией надзора за соблюдением прав и свобод человека и гражданина. Автор представляет свое видение этой функции и ее места в системе функций прокуратуры. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article contains a look at the problem of determining the essence of legal protection at the state level and in the prosecutor’s activity. On the basis of the analysis of the legislation, scientific works of legal scientists, the answer is given to the question of what is the prosecutor’s legal protection, and how it relates to the 329 constitutionally defined functions of supervision over the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms. The author presents his vision of the prosecutor’s supervision over the observance of human and civil rights and freedoms, its place in the system of functions of the prosecutor’s office. |
