| Abstract: | В статье дана характеристика приоритетных направлений внешней политики КНР в 2020–2021 гг. С начала 2020 г. Китай внимательно следит и за внутригосударственной, и за международной обстановкой, в полной мере используя дипломатические ресурсы для обслуживания основных стратегий развития страны. Это содействует укреплению отношений с разными государствами, объединению интересов со странами – соседями, поддержанию дружбы с развивающимися странами. Во время пандемии Китай твердо отстаивает мультилатерализм, способствует упорядочиванию всемирной системы здравоохранения и оказывает поддержку ВОЗ в борьбе с эпидемией, активно расширяет международное сотрудничество, содействует сотрудничеству в области здравоохранения в рамках инициативы «Один пояс, один путь». Вспышка эпидемии коронавируса нового типа привела к обострению «идеи разрыва связей» Китая и США. «Всестороннее соглашение об инвестициях между Китаем и ЕС» заморожено на неопределенный срок. Китайско-российские отношения находятся на пике своего развития. В заключении автор представляет выводы о приоритетных направлениях внешней политики КНР в 2020–2021 гг. Результаты работы могут быть использованы в комплексных исследованиях в сфере международных отношений |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article describes the priority directions of the PRC’s foreign policy in 2020–2021. Since the beginning of 2020, China has simultaneously coordinated both the domestic and the international countries, joining joint interests with neighboring countries, maintaining friendship with developing countries. During the pandemic, China firmly stands for multilateralism, promotes the ordering of the global health system and supports WHO in global collaboration to combat the epidemic, actively expands international collaboration, and promotes Belt and Road collaboration on health. The emergence of an epidemic situation with a new type of coronavirus has led to the fact that the severance of diplomatic relations between China and the United States has become aggravated again. The “China-EU Comprehensive Investment Agreement” has been frozen. Sino-Russian relations are at their peak. The article concludes on the priority directions of China’s foreign policy in 2020–2021. First, China coordinates both domestic and international environment at the same time, makes use of various diplomatic resources to serve the country’s main development strategies, maintain a global industry chain, facilitate trade and investment liberalization to cope with the downtrend of the global economy. Secondly, China promotes the strengthening of relations with different countries, joining common interests with neighboring countries, maintaining friendship with developing countries, and tries to maintain partnerships with European countries. Third, China stands firmly for multilateralism, promotes the streamlining of the global health system, and supports the WHO, and builds a community of hygiene and human health. Fourth, China is actively expanding international cooperation, promoting cooperation in the field of health in the framework of “One Belt, One Road” |
