| Abstract: | Рассматриваются актуальные вопросы развития межкультурного взаимодействия через различные формы музейной коммуникации: нарративные практики, исторические реконструкции, мультимедийный формат. Утверждается, что расширение и трансформация понятия «наследие» открывает значительные возможности для работы с культурной памятью и коллективной идентичностью. Показано, что использование различных коммуникативных практик в музее для выражения значимых смыслов позволяет посетителю испытать определенные переживания и чувства, предоставляет возможность участия в процессе неформального общения и образования, способствует развитию доступного для восприятия современного языка и адаптивных технологий. |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article deals with topical issues of development of intercultural interaction through various forms of museum communication: narrative practices, historical reconstructions, multimedia format. The expansion and transformation of the concept of «heritage» provides significant opportunities for working with cultural memory and collective identity. The use of various communicative practices in the museum to express significant meanings provides the visitor with the necessary experiences and feelings, the opportunity to participate in the process of informal communication and education, an accessible and modern language for perception and adaptive technologies. |
