| Abstract: | Статья посвящена проблеме доверия технологиям, составляющим основу инфраструктуры «умного города» и роли, которую в формировании этого доверия играют различные варианты соотношения городской и университетской идентичностей. Обосновывается решение этой проблемы посредством модели университета, открытого городу. Под этим подразумевается с одной стороны – активное участие университета в жизни города, причем не только на уровне отдельных мероприятий, но и в формате участия в решении вопросов повседневной городской жизни, с другой стороны – проницаемость внешних границ университета, причем не только презентация достижений университетских исследователей, но и демонстрация, в том числе в режиме реального времени, того, каким образом проводятся эти исследования |
| Abstract (in another language): | The article is dedicated to the problem of trust in technologies that form the basis of the infrastructure of a "smart city" and the role those various kinds of the interrelation between urban and university identities play in the formation of this trust. The solution of this problem is substantiated by means of the model of a university open to the city. This means, on the one hand, the active participation of the university in the life of the city, and not only at the level of individual events, but also in the format of participation in solving issues of everyday urban life, and on the other hand, the permeability of the outer borders of the university, and not only the presentation of the achievements of university researchers but also a demonstration, also in real time, of how these studies are conducted |
